CRP Racing Unveil the eCRP 1.2

CRP Racing have just unveiled their 1.2 version of the eCRP electric racing bike with world champion Roberto Locatelli piloting the Italian bike around a Northern Italian circuit for the SkySports film crew and gathered onlookers. Details on what exactly lies beneath the fairing of the 1.2 are scarce but we’ll update with a press release as soon as it hits the wires. TTXGP Round 2 – Elkhart Lake – Full Race Video

Here you go, as promised, the full race video of the recent TTXGP Round 2 race at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. We have it on good authority that TTXGP have come to an arrangement with SPEED2 that’ll see races being streamed live over the web starting this summer. TTXGP Round 2 Results – Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin

Round 2 of the TTXGP season is done and dusted, it was another brilliant race with the team at Lighting Motors taking the checkered flag with a fastest lap time of 2:57.689 and an average speed of 82.053mph. They were followed across the line by the previous race winners Agni Motors with a best time of 2:55.874 and a top speed of 82.900 mph, a smidgen quicker than the race winner. It’s great to see 2 women amongst the 7 riders with Zoe Rem taking second (on the Agni) and Jennifer Bromme placing 4th on the red Werkstatt Mavizen bike. Lanjut →

Charge – The TTXGP Documentary

Mark Neale is a British documentary film maker with a penchant for fast motorcycles. You might have seen “Faster”, a 2003 documentary about the MotoGP championship and the follow up 2006 film “The Doctor, the Tornado and the Kentucky Kid”. TTXGP Elkhart Lake – Wisconsin – June 6th

June the 6th will see the next round of the TTXGP, this time at Elkhart Lake in Wisconsin. The last round was in California and was an overwhelming success with Shawn Higbee battling Michael Barnes in a nail-biter to take the checkered flag for the Zero/Agni team. The all electric motorcycle racing series still has 3 legs to complete in North America (including Elkhart Lake this weekend) with Mosport International Raceway in Canada next (8th-11th July), followed by the Virginia International Raceway (13th-15th August).
