The 100% Electric QUAD

Quad bikes are usually not associated with the eco friendly ethos, they’re loud, they spew carbon and they tear up otherwise pristine natural habitats. This all electric quad hopes to change that, designed by¬†Facundo Elias and simply named “QUAD” the four-wheeler runs on lithium-ion batteries and should be capable of 3 hours of run time before needing a recharge. Toyota Reaches 3 Million Hybrids Sold

Toyota is by far and away the biggest hybrid maker on the world market, the unstoppable and genre defining Prius has been a best seller since it’s release in 1997 and in times of soaring oil prices its sale streak doesn’t look set to slow down.
